Eric is one of Long Island's premier licensed and insured carpenters. Based out of St. James and servicing all of Suffolk County NY, all jobs are in concurrence with local town laws and regulations.

Eric first got started in the construction industry while working with his father restoring 18th and 19th century homes in Upstate New York. He then returned to Long Island to work for a decking contractor, and it was then that he realized he found great satisfaction creating unique decks that his customers could enjoy. Eric set out on his own in 1984; the birth of Burns Decking Inc. He has been constructing high-quality decks focusing on attention to detail ever since.
